Enhanced Curing Power There are three powerful LED lights in the head along with a precision parabolic reflector to minimize light dispersion. The result is a concentrated beam with a constant level of irradiance across a large 11mm curing spot. What's more, the light output is mainly in the wavelength range of 420-480nm, and gives the Aurora S3 the capability of fully curing materials that include camphorquinone as the photo-initiator.

This compact curing light system doesn't give off a lot of heat, which makes it comfortable for the patient and easy to handle for the doctor.

SUPERIOR Convenience, Speed and Versatility
The Aurora S3 features simple one-button control and three pre-programmed curing modes:

• 3-second regular power at 1000mW/cm2 for gelling or tacking cements and composites
• 10-second Turbo Power at 1300mW/cm2 for high-speed curing
• 20-second regular power at 1000mW/cm2 for most conventional curing operations

  Easy-to-follow visual and audible indicators are included with the Aurora S3. During the 3-second curing cycle, an audible indicator will beep every second; during the 10- and 20-second curing cycles, the indicator will beep every 5 seconds. The audible tone also sounds every time you press the button.

  Switching modes is easy-all it takes is a push of the button. Visual indicators located on the front and back along with the device's audible indicators make the change quick and simple.

120 Curing Cycles per Two-hour Charge The Aurora S3 is portable and features an extended life Lithium-ion battery, with the capacity to store 40 minutes of continuous curing power per two-hour charge. That translates to 120 20-second curing cycles, 240 10-second curing cycles or 800 3-second curing cycles!

A power saving function is included, too, which turns the Aurora S3 off after 10 minutes to help save its charge. If the battery should ever become discharged during use, simply connect it to the recharging cable and it'll function great as a corded light while recharging!

Easily Replaceable, Inexpensive Lithium-ion Battery

We didn't see much reason to changing one of our customers' favorite features so, just like the original Aurora, the new Aurora S3 features an easily replaceable Lithium-ion battery that can be changed right in the office!
